Get rid of the bottom credit (page/post)

I am not sure if we are talking about the same text but could you try by adding the following filter at the end of the functions.php in your current theme:

/**
 * Filter: Prevent Rank Math from changing admin_footer_text.
 */
add_action( 'rank_math/whitelabel', '__return_true');
