Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.
Please delete RankMath’s app from here:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Now go to WP dashboard > Rank Math > Status and tools > Database Tools and click on “re-create database table”

Go to Rank Math > General settings > Analytics and click on “reconnect” and accept all requested permissions, after you completed these steps, please wait for the process to finish.

Now go to WP dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database tools and click rebuild index for analytics.

And finally, go to Rank Math > Analytics and check if Google Analytics information is being displayed.
Let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to helping you.

Hello. I just followed the steps you outlined.
It does look as though data is being pulled through now.
The property is not showing in the RankMath analytics screen is that correct?
It seems not to let me activate the install analytics code button – or at least it becomes greyed out after I save changes – is it working? Pages are showing in the Index tab.
I just noticed in my Search Console screen that there are 2 GA entries for my site. No idea why or how, but could this be a problem? I selected the one showing in Search Console when I used RM analytics screen.
Probably all OK but as a complete novice I have no idea what I’m doing and need re-asurance!
Thank you for your help
Susan

		Hello,
The buttons will be grayed out after connecting your site and saving the changes, and you can only select the dropdown during reconnecting your site.
If you have already selected the properties in the Analytics and enabled the Install Analytics code but it is not getting saved, please try using Google Chrome or another chromium-based browser the next time you need to save those settings. We have seen this in the past happening when people were using Safari on macOS or the Firefox browser, so if you are using any of these combinations.
Regarding the properties showing in the dropdown, please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix.
The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
