    Rank Math free

Hello! I’m still trying to learn RankMath as I just migrated from Yoast 2 days ago. I have wathced some of the videos, but still have questions. Can you please help me on this? Thank you, Catherine

Here is the sample page I have questions on, please:
    https://www.sportswreathshop.com/12-steelers-football-shaped-sign/

    Here are my RankMath errors:

This WooCommerce product page clearly has both internal and external links.
For the internal links, the WooCommerce Upsells linked products.
For the external links, the Plugin Custom Tabs with a link to my YouTube Channel.

    Questions, please:
    1. Is RankMannk not able to view these 2 above areas to incorporate into the scoring?
    2. Is there a special subscription I need with RankMath that will score these areas?

Thank you so much for teaching me,
    Catherine

  • Hello,

I apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing while learning Rank Math. I appreciate you reaching out to us for assistance.

Regarding your questions, Rank Math should be able to view both internal and external links on your WooCommerce product page and incorporate them into the scoring. The free version of Rank Math includes default content analysis tests, and the PRO version offers dedicated SEO tests for WooCommerce products. However, the ability to view and score internal and external links is available in the free version.

To address the errors you’re encountering, I recommend checking the settings in Rank Math to ensure that the internal and external links are being properly analyzed. You can do this by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta → Products and ensuring that the Add SEO Controls option is enabled. If it’s not enabled, you can activate it and save the changes.

If you continue to experience issues with scoring internal and external links after checking the settings, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will be happy to assist you further.

I hope this helps! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

Thank you for your query, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Is RankMannk not able to view these 2 above areas to incorporate into the scoring?

Yes, Rank Math does not read these areas for te tests.

Is there a special subscription I need with RankMath that will score these areas?

No, you do not need any subscription to make this section readable by Rank Math for the tests.

Getting back to the details regarding the issue :

Rank Math does not read blocks added using custom blocks or blocks added by any other plugin or theme that is not compatible with Rank Math.

Also the link counter only counts links that appear in the default post content area and does not count links that are dynamically added dynamically or with custom code.

Rank Math counts each link separately even if the URL has already been linked to/from the same post/page/product page.

The internal and exteral links are counted only if they are inside the the_content section of the product
    page.

Please note that links on any other part outside the the_content section are not counted.

We hope that helps, and please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.
