As for your Rank Math plugin not updating, can you please check the plugins page and see if there’s an update available?

Please note that the WhatsApp platform has a limit on the size of the image and it works best for images that are below 300Kb in size, even though it’s possible that some images above that might show sometimes but it’s very finicky and not consistent. So, if you’re using an image more than 300kb in size, we suggest you to decrease the image size and check again.

Before 28th July featured images was showing in WhatsApp also but now it is not showing on WhatsApp. I reduce image size also.

tag.Please add this smaller image in the social tab by following the steps in this link:

The image that’s being used still has the same file size as me and my colleague has stated.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

As for the Analytics not updating, let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.
1. Head over to
WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools
and click theRebuild Index

2. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, and click the
Delete Data
button and then click theUpdate Data Manually

3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.
4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.
