FAQs in Content AI isn’t working

    Hi,

    The FAQs in Content AI isn’t working-I get this message:
    “Output
    Sorry, the request has failed. If the issue persists, please contact our Support for assistance.”

    I tried to update the plug-in there was no request for update so I put it on auto update and try it again but it’s not working.
    Please help.
