    Dear support,

I’ve been using RankMath on my company website, but I’ve found that on one of the article I’m writing, it gives error on the Content Readability – At least one paragraph is long. Consider using short paragraphs.

I’ve check all the paragraph on that one article and cannot found the problematic paragraph, the link to the article is this: https://www.kreen.co.id/manfaat-galactomyces-bagi-kesehatan-kulit/

Please take a look at that article, I believe the paragraph length check might get a false negative (or false positive?). I’ve also use this online tool: https://countwordsworth.com/wordsperparagraph, to check that article and it reports a max of 68 words in the longest paragraph.

Thank you in advance for your help,

    Regards,

    Martinus

    Dear support,

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I did use page builder (Elementor) on my site. As for the affected URL is https://www.kreen.co.id/manfaat-galactomyces-bagi-kesehatan-kulit/
Also I didn’t use custom fields or shortcodes on the content.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us. We appreciate your feedback and your interest in improving your content readability.

This test checks if any of your paragraphs have more than 120 words in them, as longer paragraphs can make your content harder to read and understand. To pass this test, you just have to make sure that your paragraphs are less than 120 words.

Can you please take a look at your content again and confirm if any of your paragraphs are longer than 120 words? If yes, you can easily fix this issue by breaking up this paragraph into two shorter ones, or by removing some unnecessary words. This will improve your content readability score and make your article more engaging and appealing to your readers.

But if none of your paragraphs are longer than 120 words and you’re still failing this test, then to help you investigate this issue we might need to take a closer look at your website and settings. Please follow these steps:

We hope this helps you resolve the issue and improve your content readability. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us anytime. We’re always here to help you.
