False keyword counting

    Rank Math free

This is the 3rd time I’ve requested help for this. The keywords I’m adding are fine until I publish the post. As you can see, image #1, there are no keywords for “How to become a Loan Officer in Florida.” RankMath shows there is one. When I add it just once, RM shows it 3 times. If the software does not work work as intended I will move on.

I have cleared my cache, deleted and reconnected RM from my site.

  • Hello,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with the keyword counting in Rank Math. I understand how frustrating this must be for you.

It seems like you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps such as clearing your cache and reconnecting Rank Math. Since the issue persists, I’d recommend following these steps to ensure that the keyword count is accurate:

    1. Flush SEO Analysis Cache: Sometimes, the test results can be cached, leading to inaccurate counts. You can flush the SEO analysis data by following these steps:

      • Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status and Tools > Database Tools.
      • Click the Clear SEO Analysis button against the Flush SEO Analysis Data option.
      • After clearing the cache, run a fresh analysis by going to Rank Math > SEO Analysis and clicking the Start Site-Wide Analysis button.
    2. Check for Duplicate Keywords: Ensure that the keyword “How to become a Loan Officer in Florida” is not being added multiple times within the post or across different posts.

If the issue persists after following these steps, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly from here, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you further.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
