    Hi there, I´m wondering why I have only the “Free”-logo in my backend, so I went to look into my account here. And it says that I haven´t booked anything from you yet. But this is an error. I bought the PRO-verison on 03/23/2023. Could you please fix my abo and account and everything that is needed to use your app properly again? That would be fine, thank you 🙂 Yours, Sascha

    Thank you for your query, and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Such a situation may arise if you’ve logged into an account other than the one through which you purchased the Pro subscription.

    It appears that your current subscription purchase was made using a different email address.

    If you need to know the email address you used, look in your inbox for the payment receipt from Rank Math.

    We always send this receipt to the email address associated with the purchase.

    Just as you get the receipt from FastSpring.com please forward it to us so that we can confirm your account and assist you further.

    Alternatively, you can go through a simple process to try accessing the correct account :

    1 . Navigate to rankmath.com/my-account and click the logout button in the top right corner.

    2 . Login again to your account using the email address and password you used when purchasing the Pro subscription.

    3 . Once logged into your account, please proceed to the ‘Product Downloads’ section to check if the PRO plugin is visible.

    Please note :

    You can access the ‘Subscriptions’ tab to verify whether you have an active Rank Math PRO subscription on your account.

    You can use a tools like imgur for screenshots or loom for screencasts and share the generated links here.
