Hello, thanks for your quick response, I am attaching the link to the site https://akubica.com/, I want to comment that I have 2 other sites on the same hosting and I manage them with the same account and equipment and these sites do not present the error. This for your comment about the firewall blocking.

After testing your website, it’s the firewall which is blocking our plugin’s API to save meta data. Please refer to sensitive data section for the screenshot.
I would suggest contact your hosting provider and ask them to unblock these paths.

Hello, I am very grateful for your help, I never imagined that Godaddy hosting was blocking the operation, as a contribution I found this link
https://in.godaddy.com/help/allow-access-to-a-file-or-folder-that-shows-an-access-denied-security-warning-32305
where I followed the steps to add what was indicated and it worked, it already allows me to save all the changes made in the configuration.
