  • Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

We have checked your website, and it’s already indexed and cached by Google.

I can also see the correct meta being added by Rank Math.

However, please feel free to take a screenshot of the issues by using this tool. Once done, you can share the generated link here so we can check.

Alternatively, you can record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and add the link here.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Regarding the error undefined, can you please confirm if you’re getting 5xx error? If so, please share the website error log with us. Having the error log file will give a clear idea of why this might be happening.

You can follow this guide to enable debugging in WordPress

Let me set debugging plugin first, I will give you feedback soon

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

For the Error undefined issue, please send us your debug log when you have it, you can find it in the /wp-content/ folder. You can use pastebin.com to share the log with us. Also, please take a screenshot of the screen where you’re seeing the “Error undefined” and send it to us as well. This will help us understand the issue better.

For the post not getting indexed by Google, please note that we do not have control over how or when Google index a specific post. Google has its own algorithms and criteria for indexing pages, and we can only help you optimize your page to make it more likely to be indexed. However, there are some things that you can do to check and improve your indexation status:

    • First, you can use Google Search Console to see if there are any errors or issues with your site or pages that might prevent them from being indexed. You can read more on the Page Indexing report here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7440203?hl=en. This will show you which pages are indexed, which are not, and why.
    • Second, you can use Google’s URL Inspection Tool to request indexing for a specific URL. You can find this tool here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9012289. This will tell you if the URL is on Google’s index, and if not, you can ask Google to crawl it again.
    • Third, you can be patient and wait for Google to crawl and index your page naturally. Sometimes, it can take a few days or weeks for Google to discover and index new pages, especially if your site is new or has low authority. You can improve your site’s crawlability and authority by creating high-quality content, building backlinks, and using social media.

We hope this helps and clarifies things for you. If you have any questions or issues, please let us know. We are always happy to help.

Thank you for choosing Rank Math!

    Thanks allot, for wonderful explanation,

I have a new blog just three week old that rank math api index my post within 30 min

All what you mention, here I done a to z, but not effective like rank math

I have set the debugging plugin

And it is active will go to my file manager again to copy the log .

    Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Yes, please share the debug.log with us as well as the screenshot of the ‘error undefined” you’re speaking about. Please note that the debug.log is solely to troubleshoot the “error undefined” issue, not the indexation issue.

For the indexation issue, are you referring to our Instant Indexing feature? This feature allows you to submit your posts to Google instantly using their Indexing API. To use this feature, you need to download and install our Instant Indexing addon plugin and configure the Google API settings. You can follow this guide for detailed instructions: https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/.

If you have done these steps and you’re still unable to get that specific page indexed, then there’s a good chance Google is already aware of the page but is intentionally deciding not to index it. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this. You can use Google’s URL Inspection Tool to see if Google offered any error or reasons for not indexing your page

Thank you for choosing Rank Math!

    Hello,

5xx errors are usually caused due to server misconfiguration or other server issues. Can you please share your website error log with us by following the guideline we’ve shared above?

If you’re not able to find the error log, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section so that we can check the issue further for you.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    No

    Hello,

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

The debug log you have shared seems related to a debugging plugin. It refers to the plugin Debug Bar, which could be the root cause of the issue.

In this case, please try disabling that plugin temporarily and check if the issue still persists.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
