I checked and figured out that the issue is coming from the Simple User Avatar plugin. If you disable it, the Instant Indexing is working fine.
There is an update available for Simple User Avatar. Please update it to the latest version and see if that resolves the issue.
If the issue persists, please get in touch with the support of Simple User Avatar and inform them about the issue. They will be able to resolve it on their end.
