Esto me pasa:
1. Cuando voy a google Search console a inspeccionar mi URL: https://ciberseguridadinternet.com/sitemap_index.xml, me deja normal.
2. Luego, le doy a SOLICITAR INDEXACION, y me sale: Solicitud de indexación rechazada
3. El motivo que me indica es este: ¿Se permite la indexación? error No: se ha detectado la etiqueta “noindex” en el encabezado HTTP “X-Robots-Tag”
Estos me paso luego que migre de Yoast a Ran Math Seo.

Dice, asi:
Tu sitemap parece ser una página HTML. un formato de sitemap compatible.
Y me al inspeccionar la pagina con google search console me sigue apareciendo:
La URL no está disponible para Google
Esta página no se puede indexar. Las páginas no indexadas no pueden aparecer en Google. Consulta abajo los detalles para saber por qué no se puede indexar. Más información
mas abajo dice:
No: se ha detectado la etiqueta “noindex” en el encabezado HTTP “X-Robots-Tag”
Bueno y la verdad desde que isntale rank math me han salido esos problemillas.

We looked at your /author-sitemap.xml sitemap and everything seems fine with it. However, it’s possible that Google is seeing your sitemap as an HTML page because of your site cache. To fix this error, you need to make sure that your sitemap is not cached by your site or any plugin: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
You can also add this filter to your website to disable sitemap caching:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
