Error Occured SEO Analyzer

    HI there, I just installed Rank Math SEO and everytime I click on the SEO Analyzer button it starts but then I keep getting a message that says ” An error occurred”.
    I have double checked all my setting and everything looks correct. Is there a time delay to receive this information as I have just installed the plugin? I have noticed in the analytics tabs I cant see any information there either. Do I need to wait alittle to see this information as it has been well over 24 hours since I installed. My google account was installed correctly as it has a green light. Thanks in advance, sam

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please get in touch with your host and make sure the IP 193.138.6.5 and the user-agent RankMathApi/2.0.2; https://rankmath.com are whitelisted on your firewall.

    Once done, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Clear SEO Analysis and Remove Transients buttons to flush the SEO Analysis cache.

    Flush

    Please clear your website and any server-level caching on your site before doing the SEO analysis again.

    Regarding the analytics issue, if you’ve connected your Google account properly then the data should start appearing within an hour. But as you’re not able to see the data, please try to follow this guideline and see if that works for you: https://rankmath.com/kb/delete-old-analytics-data/

    Thank you I have gone ahead and performed all those steps but the SEO Analyzer is still showing the same error message. Any other recommendations?
