    Buenos dias, recien hice compra de licencia de Rank Math y el correo que deberia ir la licencia para activarlo estaba erronea.
    El correo de la cual deberia ir es : m*******@t****************

    Se ha realizado una compra INTERNACIONAL por $ 61.788 en FS *rankmath fsprg.nl NL asociado a su tarjeta terminada en **** 9967 el día 14/08/2023 a las 12:14 hrs.

    Please, fue un erro de tipeo.
    Si necesitan algun otro dato me avisas pro favor.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    Hello, unfortunately I don’t know how to recover that transaction through fastspring, I followed what the system was telling me. I don’t have an account on that platform. I only have what my bank sent me that told me that I had made a purchase, if you give me your email I can send it to you.

    Your account is already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.

    If you haven’t already, you can go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    If you still can’t upgrade your PRO plugin, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
