as there is a Sessions button at WordPress dashboard > users option > username > admin > edit > Sessions > Log Out Everywhere else.
If I click this button and log out myself, then I am not able to log back in to /wp-login.php page, and it does not give any error even.

Thank you for contacting support.
This error is not directly related to our plugin but rather to the ActionScheduler library that our plugin bundles with it to add the scheduled actions.
Please ask your hosting provider to make sure that the server tmp
folder is not full so that MySQL can perform the necessary actions and use that folder.
Also, please make sure that the tables on your database all have a primary key as it seems at the moment the postmeta
table, which is a default WordPress table doesn’t have a primary key and it’s failing to add data into it.
