It seems that your site is blocked from accessing Content AI. To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits. Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one.

Yes, you can buy Content AI credits separately and use them on the Rank Math free version.
We can see that the Content AI subscription is not active on this account.
Can you please check if you have subscribed to the Content AI with another email?

Thanks for your offer, I did not buy any Content AI credits. I trusted your advertisement that Content AI is available in the free version, but it seems it was just an advertisment trick.

Sorry about the confusion earlier,
The Content AI has always been available to Rank Math FREE and Rank Math PRO users and it is properly stated on all our marketing materials.
You can use Content AI with Rank Math Free as long as you have an active Content AI Subscription. If you do not have any Credits, you will not be able to use Content AI.
However, when you purchase a subscription plan now, you will receive 1.5x credits to take Content AI for a spin.
Also, note that you can enjoy Content AI for free for 15 days when you purchase a new Rank Math PRO, Business or Agency membership.
