error 404 with redirection

    Hello, I contact you because I encounter a problem with my redirections. I specify that once configured, I test them via rank math and in theory it works. The problem is that the google search console is not of this opinion and always shows me a 404.

    I tried several setting methods, but nothing worked. For rank math, the redirects work when I put “contains”, each time with only the name of the product sheet. First, I tried to copy paste with the url indicated on the google search console but after checking it did not work.

    So I’m out of ideas, Rank math tells me that my redirects are ok but none work when I test with the links it shows me with a 404 error.

    Do you have an idea?

    Hello,

    We have done all the troubleshooting we could but we can’t seem to determine why our plugin can’t redirect the page.

    We tried this on our local setup and everything seems to work fine so this issue must be specific only to your site setup.

    Can you please share your FTP login here so we can deeply debug this issue?

    Hello,

    The FTP login details you shared are not complete, please make sure to share the password and the port so we can access your website files.

    Also, you have removed the WP admin login in the sensitive data section as well. Please make sure to keep it there so our support team have access to it to debug the issue.

    I put the missing information for you, however tell me if there is a problem with the temporary connection again, the plugin showed me that there were still 3 days left so it should still have worked.
    I’ve restarted it for you for an extra week just in case.

    Hello,

    The temporary login link is no longer available in the sensitive data section. It seems like you removed it while adding FTP access.

    Also, please note that the Free version of our plugin doesn’t support redirecting URLs with query parameters and that’s why the redirection rules are not working. You will have to upgrade to PRO or use some other redirection plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ to redirect those URLs.
