Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this can be caused by conflicting plugins or your active theme.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Moreover, there are other users reported the same error where the issue is coming from the Astra theme.
If you’re using the same theme as well and the issue is fixed upon switching your site to a default theme, we recommend getting in touch with their developers regarding the issue.
