Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for the issue you are facing.
Unfortunately, the Table of Contents Block from our plugin is currently not supported for widgets. The ToC blocks will only work on post or page content using the Gutenberg Block editor.
You can use some Third Party TOC plugins that are compatible with Rank Math:
