each saving returns to namesite/wp-admin/admin-post.php

    hi, i installed the plugin in right now, i am trying to set it with either the wizard or the settings from plugin panel but each time i try to save changes, it redirects me to namesite/wp-admin/admin-post.php
    site name is https://www.duecassetti-unsogno.it
    i also noticed the website started to lock me out, i can only access to wordpress panel from plesk.
    any attempt to access from namesite/wp-admin/ gives me user unknown.
    let me know how to solve please
