The duplicate queries you see are being triggered by the function icl_get_string_by_id()
and that happens because of the fact that you have a multilingual website.
The functions being called are for the site name and site description from our plugin and it’s trying to load those for the languages of the homepage, hence the duplication you are seeing.
If you look at the time for those you’ll see that they take 3 milliseconds, which is even less than a blink of an eye, so this won’t cause any issues with the performance of the website.
