It’s not duplicate H1 tags. It’s that my title tag is duplicating my H1 tag. This is from the Ahrefs site audit report I ran.

We’ve checked your homepage and we can see that only one title tag is appearing there which is added by Rank Math.
Also, we found only one h1 tag on your homepage:
