    URL:

    Hi,

I’m getting the Duplicate field “FAQpage” schema error on the above URL.

I only see/use once instance of the FAQ schema on my post.

I am using two other schemas, software and video. Not sure why this error is occurring.

In addition, the author name is also missing.

But the author name is working fine on this post:

    Thanks,
    Vincent

  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I checked the URL and the Schema is validating fine: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=pJj0i5lya_is8o5p8GnzpQ

There is only one FAQ Schema applied to the page. Please clear the cache of your site and check again.

And would you like us to merge your accounts? If yes, please share the preferred email address and we will do the needful.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    I see the issue now.

When I use the code validator through the Rank Math Pro plugin, I get the error messages. But when I test with the URL, there are no errors.

Yes, please merge the accounts to the email with the pro account.

    Hello,

Hello, I recently updated my article and added some FAQs to it. However, I am receiving an error message for a duplicate field called “FAQpage” schema on a particular URL. Despite checking my post thoroughly, I can confirm that I have only implemented the FAQ schema once. I am unsure why this error is occurring and would appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve it. Thank you for your help.
