Download files are not in my account

    Hello,

    I’ve purchased Content AI Starter but I can only see the free version of the plugin into my account. On the Subscription tab I see the subscription is active but I can find the download file nowhere.

    Please let me know.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Please note that when you subscribe to the Content AI plans, you won’t need to download additional plugins as it is different from the Rank Math PRO subscription.

    If the credits are still not showing on your website/s, please ensure that your Rank Math free plugin is already updated to the latest version:
    https://rankmath.com/changelog/free

    Then, refresh the credits again this time to start using Content AI.

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits.
