Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with the “Discourage search engines” setting being enabled on your websites. It’s unlikely that Rank Math is automatically causing this issue due to a conflict.
The “Discourage search engines” setting is typically controlled from the WordPress dashboard under Settings > Reading. It’s possible that this setting was accidentally enabled by someone with access to your WordPress dashboard.
To resolve this issue, please navigate to the WordPress dashboard and ensure that the “Discourage search engines” option is unchecked under Settings > Reading. Here’s a screenshot to guide you:

After unchecking the checkbox, remember to save your settings. Once this is done, your website should be indexed and start appearing in search results accordingly.
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team here. We’re available 24/7, 365 days a year and are more than happy to help.

Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Rank Math’s unable to automatically check that option in your WordPress settings.
You may follow our guide here to check which plugin/theme is checking that option:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Moreover, some plugins put your site into maintenance/construction mode which automatically checks that option to let search engines pause crawling your site.
You may want to check for those first as well.
Let us know how this goes.
