Disappearing AI credits

    Hello there
    I had 29 credits in my AI accounts a few days ago and now there is 0.
    Could you show me where I can check what has happened to these credits or check why they are now gone please?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    We can check that you have used 102 credits on the connected sites while there are only 80 credits assigned to your account:

    If you have connected a new site that was connected to a different account before where the credits were used on it then the issue could be related to that as the used credits stay attached to the sites.

    Can you please confirm if that’s the case?
