    I have used a different email which is j************@g******** to purchase my pro version and my account email is j************@g********

    We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have used a different email to purchase the PRO version of Rank Math and your account email is the same, you will need to contact our support team to merge both accounts or change the email connected to your PRO plan.

    To do so, please navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum and open a ticket. In the Ticket Title section, enter a one-line summary of the issue, and then provide more details in the Ticket Question section. In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email addresses you want to connect to your PRO account.

    Once you have submitted the ticket, our support team will locate your PRO account and change the email connected to it or merge it with your FREE account as requested.
