    Dear Rank Math Team,

    I am trying to understand Rankmath Advanced Meta Robots Setting on Your Website Here I saw some setting showing Advanced Robots Meta 256 Snippet, 5 Video Preview, Image Preview Large.

    but many of SEO Company and other SEO Persons are recommended Advanced Robots Meta -1 Snippet, -1 Video Preview, Image Preview Large.

    I want to understand difference between both snippet numbers and I am running a Health Blog so what robots meta are suggest for my website.

    Yes, our recommended and default values for those robots meta tags are -1.

    However, from your site, their values seem to be customized.

    To check the situation, head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta and ensure that the Advanced Robots Meta are set to -1. Also, check the Post/Page tab on the left and check their robots meta settings.
