Description are different for a page when showing up on Google

Google has made some changes to their algorithm which automatically changes the titles, discarding the one you have set in your SEO title meta tag. This happens regardless of the SEO plugin you are using. We have covered this Google update here:

It seems like theme is also adding the <title> tag to the webpage. Would you please check the theme header.php file to see if there’s any code which printing the additional title tag. If you couldn’t find anything within the theme, I would suggest running theme / plugin conflict test.
