To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits. Once logged in, head over to your Rank Math account and navigate to the “Websites” tab. Your Content AI credits should be displayed at the top of the screen.
If your credits are visible in your Rank Math account, but not on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Help, then clicking “Disconnect Account” and “Connect Now.”
After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please refresh the credits count in the Content AI section of your WordPress dashboard. This will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
