    Hello, on August 26, 2023, I bought a total of 70 credits for one year for $22.61. I was able to use these as I wished over the course of the year. Now my Credt account shows that I only have 6.5 credits per month. So I can only use this amount per month? Isn’t that a downgrade? Where have my 70 credits gone? Yours sincerely, Dr. Sabine Jokisch
