Credits going too fast?

    Hello,

    I just got Content AI and I used it on 2 things:

    – 2 keyword researches
    – 2 SEO decriptions

    With this I have 1045 credits left. This should not be the case. Is there anywhere to see where te credits have gone?

    If this actually uses about 4K credits than the plugin itself is useless to me honestly. And if so I would like to know if I could have a refund.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Please note that one word = 1 credit and 500 for each keyword search. You can adjust the number of outputs generated by the AI when using the AI tools.

    Hi,

    This does not really help me. As said in my post. I have done 2 keyword researches (1000 credits) and 2 meta descriptions (lets say 50 credits). I should than still have 3950 credits left. And I have 1045 left.

    Is there anywhere to see my usage? And, is it possible to get a refund?

    You are seeing the correct amount of credits, 1045 / 5000 means you have used 1045 credits out of 5000 and you still have 3955 AI credits to use.

    You can check your AI history to see words generated by AI.

    About the refund, yes we do offer a 30-day refund policy but can you please let us know what you didn’t like about Content AI. This will help us make it better so you can give it another shot in the future.
