Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us about the issue you are facing with your Content AI credits not showing up despite purchasing the starter plan. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
To resolve this, please ensure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI plan. After confirming that, kindly follow these steps:
-
Head over to your Rank Math account area here and verify if your account displays the correct remaining credits.
-
If the credits are correct online but not reflecting on your website, go to your WordPress admin area → Rank Math → Dashboard → Help, disconnect your Rank Math account, and then reconnect it as shown in the screenshots below:

-
Finally, navigate to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits count. This action will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count.
Here’s a screenshot for reference:

After following these steps, your Content AI credits should be visible and ready to use. If you encounter any further issues or need additional assistance, please feel free to let us know.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter for you.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
