Credits do not appear on wordpress plugin

Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the Content AI credits not appearing in the WordPress plugin.

To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct Rank Math account that you used to purchase the credits. Once logged in, please navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account as shown in the screenshot below:

After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct one as shown in the screenshot below:
