If you cannot see your credits, please contact our support team through this link and provide the order reference RANKMATH240213-4527-38278. Our team will assist you in merging both accounts or transferring the credits to the correct email.

I have disconeccted website and connected it again and still don’t work
If possible I want a refund. Initially wanted to buy RankMath premium but instead I bought only credits for ContentAI. Thank you

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
If you want a refund, let us know and we will do the needful.
