On one of the connected websites, the credits are not shown to me.
I have already disconnected and reconnected them several times. What can I do?

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.
Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:
If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

If you’re seeing the correct number of credits here, then this is a problem with the syncing of information between rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting and reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this. Also, make sure you’re connecting to the correct account. If you’re sure you have connected to the right account and refreshed your coins like this, and you’re still not seeing the correct number of credits, then please let us know so we can investigate this further.
However, if you’re not seeing the correct number of credits on rankmath.com/myaccount, then this is billing-related and we need to look into it further.
