To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI credits.
2. Check your remaining credits by visiting Rank Math > Account > Website or go directly to this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
3. If the credit count is correct but not displaying on your website, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by going to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are some screenshots for reference:
