    I have 123 credits but they dont show up on my other site.

    To resolve this issue, please follow these steps carefully:

    • First, ensure you are logged in to the same account you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can check your account details here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
    • On this page, you should see the correct number of remaining credits for your Content AI. Here is an example of how it looks:
    • If the number of credits is correct on this page, but not on your website, you need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account on your WordPress dashboard. To do that, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the Disconnect button. Then, click the Connect button to reconnect your account. See these screenshots for reference: and
    • Finally, go to your Content AI page and refresh the credits count by clicking the Refresh button. This will sync your website with our server and show you the updated number of credits. Here is how to do it:

    If you’re seeing the correct number of credits here then this is a problem with the syncing of information between rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting then reconnecting your account should mostly resolve this – but if you’re not seeing the correct number of credits on rankmath.com/myaccount (https://i.rankmath.com/i/P5hrqw), then this is billing-related and we need to look into it further.

    Please let us know which it is.

    All of my credits are gone. I had 126 as of yesterday.

    The Content AI credits were purchased using a different email address that’s why they are not showing on the account you’re using. Please refer to the email and username in the sensitive data section.

    You may need to log in to that email address and reconnect the website with that account.

    Alternatively, we can transfer the credits or merge both of your accounts to consolidate them into one single account.

    If you prefer to merge, please let us know which email address you wanted to use for your Rank Math account moving forward.

    Question: I have 3 websites, three separate email accounts. I can probably change all three to one email account in the 3 WordPress sites. Will that fix this?

    Yes, once those accounts are merged, you will manage all of them into one single account.

    The overall credits you have purchased are also added to that account and shared by those websites.

    The credits are showing up, but only 119. I’m missing a few credits, please add them back.

    Can you please confirm if you have connected your website to a different Rank Math account before and used the free credits for that site?

    Please note that the credits used on a site stay attached to them and will be deducted from the account they are connected to.

    This is to avoid exploiting the given free credits to our users.

    However, if this isn’t the case, please let us know here and we will investigate this further to resolve your issue with the credits.
