To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you are logged into the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI subscription.
- Visit the Rank Math account area here to verify if your account shows the correct remaining credits.
- If the credits are correct in your account but not reflecting on your website, go to your WordPress admin area, navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account as shown in the screenshot below:
- After reconnecting your account, go to Rank Math SEO > General Settings > Content AI on your website and refresh the Content AI credits as shown in this screenshot:
By following these steps, your website should display the correct Content AI credits, allowing you to use the Content AI feature without any issues.

Hello. I try to do what your robot sent me but i try to refresh the credits and it gave me a error with json respond.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help
and then click on Connect Now
.
Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.
Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.
