Hello,
My Credit card payments bounced 4 times ( I changed cc). However, my account shows that I’m paid and up to date. This morning, I received an email stating I cancelled my service. I never did. Last night, I wrote a blog post, yet, was forced to pay for the Content AI. I late received an email about my subscriptions being merged.
I want to know if I was accidentally charged twice for the same thing. If so, please reimburse the difference.
