Hello,
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with your CPT and CCT. Let’s address each of your concerns:
-
To change the slug of the CPT when importing data, you can use the slug
column in the CSV file. This column includes the slug (permalink) of your posts and is available to edit. Once the CSV file with the edited slug is uploaded, the post slug will be changed, and WordPress will automatically create a redirection. If you encounter any issues with redirections, you can configure Rank Math to handle automatic post redirection by navigating to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Redirections and enabling the Auto Post Redirect option.
-
If your CPT is showing on the sitemap but redirects to the home page when clicked, it could be due to a misconfiguration. Please ensure that the CPT is published and that the sitemap settings for your CPT are correctly configured. You can also include any custom fields for images in the Image Custom Fields section so that Rank Math can include them in the sitemap.
-
Regarding the SEO title setup, if you’re not getting the expected result with your custom field variable %customfield(meta_titre)%
, please ensure that the variable is correctly set up and that there are no conflicts with other settings. You can also refer to our guide on editing SEO meta at scale for more information on using variables in SEO titles.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with these issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly from here, and we’ll be happy to help.
Thank you for reaching out, and we’re here to assist you further if needed.

Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
1. Our plugin can only handle the slug of the posts. The base is managed by WordPress’ default permalink settings and you can change it directly in WP Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. If you want to manage the permalinks of CPTs then using a dedicated permalink manager plugin is the best solution.
2. We can already see that your CPT sitemap is already opening and showing your URLs. You may refer to the screenshot in the sensitive data section as well.
3. The title you have shared is already showing the same for that URL. Could you please confirm if you have already used the variable on that URL?
Meanwhile, if the custom field is not detecting the correct data, then you can create a custom variable to fetch it and use it in the title of your pages:
https://rankmath.com/kb/variables-in-seo-title-description/#how-to-add-custom-variables
Looking forward to helping you.
1.ok
2. yes i take some time to generate the sitemap : fixed
3.Yes i’m sure the variable is correct because is the title of page, something add “- TitleSite” afterbut i have only %customfield(meta_titre)% in rankmath setting for this CPT
Hello,
Please edit the affected post and check the title in the Snippet editor

The custom title will be used as it takes priority over the meta title in Titles & Meta settings.
Let us know how this goes.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
That means that the - Dev-ittoz
is included in your variable as it applies to your other pages as well.
Also, the title you have shared initially ends with Dev-Ittoz
, that’s why it looks like it is getting duplicated because the sitename is added after it.
If you want to remove it, then you can edit the variable you have created.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
