- Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account following the steps in the screenshots provided in the previous response.
After reconnecting your account, refresh the credits on the affected websites by going to Content AI and checking the credit count again. This should ensure that the correct number of credits is displayed for all your sites.

Hello,
– Rank Math Account Websites showing correct number of remaining Credits. Also for part of sites it is showing correctly within some of pages.
– Solution with disconnect and connect again is not working. In WordPress -> Rank Math SEO -> Content AI is showing like I do not have licence for Content AI. (…but I am connected to account, where my licence is bought)

Please ensure that your Rank Math plugin is already updated to the latest version:

If the issue persists, please follow these steps:
1 . Please clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients
2 . After that, you may try disconnecting and re-connecting Rank Math to see if that works for you.
You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.
3 . Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. To connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.
4 . Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now.
5 . Once all the above steps are done you might need to refresh the credits again this time to start using Content AI.
Please head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Unfortunately last step isn’t working I see below issue, when try to refresh.

I removed “transients” and reconnect website again. Later on try to refresh. Then error (see jpg)

When you log in to your websites now you should see them being disconnected from your account.
Please reconnect each one by clicking the “Connect now” link in the warning message and check if the credits are available by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Content AI.
The issue should be fixed for the list of websites you shared.

I confirm solution for web pages mentioned in first post:
– infographiclist.com
– fanpc.net
– oneyearchallengeproject.com
Unfortunately, for:
– https://www.financebuzzblog.com -> Added fresh one for check. (Issue occur here)
– http://www.journeyreserve.com – Added in the past, not mentioned in first post. Issue occurs. (I mentioned in first post examples only)
How Can I permanently fix this issue for current one and all future websites?

The https://www.financebuzzblog.com/ site is not connected to your account. We have fixed the issue for the other site. Please connect both sites to your Rank Math account, and the Content AI should work fine.
The issue shouldn’t occur on new sites after connecting them to your account. If you face it with a newly connected site again, let us know and we will investigate this further.
