How are your adding your page content? Which page builder are you using(if you are)?
Rank math should be able to read content in German in common page builders. Please check if the issue still occurs while using wordpress editor.
Also please note that this is just a guideline, if your content has more than what is shown, this should not worry you.

The page it is build with some modules and I think it is all .php
Some pages is well counted and some not. But it is still okay. I understand it.
The next question is about Home Page.
This is the message shows even though home page has 100/100 Score. And the keyword appear in the post title and meta description.
Post Titles Missing Focus Keywords
There are 1 Page published posts where the focus keyword does not appear in the post title.
