Content all credit not showing

    I have upgraded to agency but my content all credit is not upgraded yet please check and solve it

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    For the Content AI credits, please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect with your correct Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
