I hope this message finds you well. I recently subscribed to your Content AI service, attracted by the feature of “Unlimited Websites” as advertised. My intention was to utilize my monthly allotment of 5,000 credits across multiple websites within my portfolio, assuming that this would be feasible under the subscription model.
Upon further clarification from your response, it was made clear that while the credits can be distributed across various websites, the total credit limit remains unchanged. This revelation does not align with my initial expectations and operational needs, as I find it unfeasible to apply the entire 5,000 credits to a single website each month. My understanding was that the “Unlimited Websites” feature would allow for more flexible usage of credits across my projects, which influenced my decision to opt for the annual subscription.
Given these circumstances and the misunderstanding arising from the subscription terms, I kindly request a refund for my recent subscription purchase. I believe there has been a gap in communication regarding the practical application of the credits across multiple websites, which was a critical factor in my decision-making process.

Your current Content AI plan can indeed be applied to an unlimited number of websites. However, to distribute the specific amount of credits, you’ll have to subscribe to our Business plan here. This will allow you to manage your clients: https://rankmath.com/kb/client-management/#assign-contentai-credits
With that said, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
As of the month date, you won’t be able to access the Content AI feature we refunded.
