    Invoice: RANKMATH231113-9809-63380

    I just purchased ContentAI from your website, but it is not showing up as activated on my website. I have disconnected my account and reconnected my account.

    When I go to RankMath>ContentAI I am seeing a diffused page with a purchase offer for the feature. I have also flushed my cache several times.

    To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI subscription. Once logged in, please navigate to Rank Math > Account > Websites or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/.

    Check if you can see the correct remaining credits. If the credit count is correct but not displaying on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account by heading over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here are the steps to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account:

    1. Click on “Disconnect Account” as shown in this screenshot:

    2. After disconnecting, click on “Connect Now” as shown in this screenshot:

    After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
