Content AI Starter – Not showing under subscriptions

Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Content AI Starter pack not showing up under subscriptions or inside the plugin.

To resolve this issue, please ensure that you have refreshed the credits for Content AI. You can do this by heading over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refreshing the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once you have refreshed the credits, please check if the Content AI Starter pack is now visible under subscriptions and inside the plugin.
