    I am trying to buy AI credit but every time I try to purchase the credit my card decline, my card is enabled for international payments, I am not using any VPN. I tried 3 time and every time it will debit my card with 1.25 USD, I made 3 transaction so 1.25×3.

    Please make sure the following can be supported by your payment method:

    1. You are not using a prepaid card, international payments are enabled, Supports subscription-based payments, and payments are made in US dollars.

    2. A credit card is needed to be verified with a PayPal account for automatic subscriptions in case there is no balance in your PayPal account. That is a requirement set forth by PayPal, not us.

    3. You can try using a credit card in place of the other methods if everything from above is enabled and functioning properly.

    Also, you can contact your bank to find out what is preventing the payment from going through and ask them to approve it on your end.

    Additionally, if you are using a VPN or proxy, please turn them off and utilize your genuine ISP to complete the transaction.

    if the issue persists, or the methods above doesn’t resolve the issue, please send a screencast link to the sensitive data section. You can use a tool like loom to record what you see on your screen.

    I have used 2 different credit cards and one debit card, all my cards are international payment enabled. I also used amazon pay buy no luck. My payment process meet the above criteria you mentioned.
    Is there any other way to buy credit? FYI I don’t use PayPal and don’t want to use it.

    Based on the errors we see in logs, seems like your card issuer is declining the payments. Please contact your bank and ask them to clarify. There is nothing we can do, except to suggest you to use another card or payment method.
