Since you can see the correct Content AI credits from http://rankmath.com/my-account/websites, it is likely the problem is that your site and Rank Math are not well-synced, usually disconnecting and reconnecting your account fixes the issue as stated in this knowledge base. Kindly confirm that you are using the latest version of Rank Math(v1.0.202) and that you are connecting to the correct Rank Math Account (in case you have multiple Rank Math Accounts).
That is when you click on the Connect Now
button, ensure that you select the correct account, and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

1. I have installed the last version of the app
2. As far I can see , it is connected to the right account.
3 I created a temporary link, and included on sensitive data so you be able to login.The link will last 3 hours after access.

It appears your Site is connected to a Rank Math BUSINESS account but you purchased the Content AI subscription on a FREE account. The account you subscribed to Content AI Starter with is different from the account your site is connected to. Please include the email address of your Rank Math BUSINESS Account in the sensitive data section and state if you want us to transfer the Content AI subscription to the Business account or merge both accounts.

Strange because when I log on my rankmath account the plan is the free one and I dowaloades the app on that account. How cai I discover which is this business account?
