CONTENT AI not becoming active

    Hi, I have bought the “CONTENT AI” but I cannot access it. It says ‘NEW’ next to it’s name in the menu and when I click on it the “CONTENT AI” sections are all blurry and there is a LEARN MORE pop up open that I cannot get rid of.

    I did purchase the 5000 credit version and would like it to be activated. When I go under SEO SETTINGS > CONTENT AI it still says “0 credits left this month. Credits will renew on or you can upgrade to get more credits here.” and when I click refresh, it gives an error.

    Please advise how and where we are going wrong about it?

    It seems like the issue might be related to the credits not being refreshed after the purchase. To resolve this, please navigate to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    After refreshing the credits, please try accessing Content AI again. It should now be active and accessible without any issues.

    Hi, I have already trid that several times but every time I get an “Could not generate. Please try again later.” error.

    Please refresh your credits from WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI.

    Please install or update your Rank Math Plugin to the latest version: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    You can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

    Once you’ve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

    Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.

    If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    Hello,

    Our server was blocking requests from your site, which caused the credits data not to update. We have unblocked it, and now your site throws an “Invalid API key” error because the stored API key on your site is showing asterisks (****). Could you please try reconnecting your site to Rank Math and see if it works?

    This is becoming quite annoying.

    I am trying to change the API as advised here.

    It’s not working. You already have access to the site so not sure why you cannot do it or if we need to do please advise if the above instructions are the right way to go about changing the API to the API key I am reading from within my rankmath.com profile.

    It looks like you were using a nulled/pirated version of Rank Math PRO because of which the connection was not working. Deactivating the PRO version and then reconnecting works fine and now you can see the Credits showing up correctly.

    If you bought the PRO from us, please share the registered email ID so we can more the PRO to this account.

    Thank you… Rankmath was originally installed by the developers. Do you think we need the PRO version or is that basically something we can decide on based on our requirements? Can you please send me a link to see the difference of benefits of each (our current version vs PRO)?

    Also, I have received an email from Google stating that you have registered your email an owner of our domain on Google (please see below). Is this standard practice?

    It is possible that your developers have contacted us before to troubleshoot some issues with your Analytics. If there are no longer issues there, you can go ahead and remove that user access.

    Thank you… Can you please download the attached 2 videos from wetransfer (https://we.tl/t-nWlEqrNqJ8) and advice.

    Basically, it you watch the video marked “2” before you watch “1” it says there is no credits avvailable / that the account is not connected.

    Can you please advise how I can use Content AI for writing the textual bits under the plugin “Gate of Baytu”. It does not show as an option under the “Select Post Type” section. Do we need to have it entered there and then select it?
